Aurora Bay Area Medical Group Surgery provides a broad spectrum of general surgery procedures utilizing the latest techniques.Dr. Mike Karkkainen specializes in ultrasound guided breast biopsies and lumpectomy and other minimally invasive procedures.In 2011 Dr. Karkkainen began performing venus closure procedures. He is also Medical Director of the Aurora Bay Area Medical Group Wound Center.Dr. Michaline Hyacinthe is board certified by the American Board of Surgery and a fellowship trained Surgical Oncologist. She comes to our community in 2015 having practiced at the Covenant Health System and Joe Arrington Cancer Center for the past 12 years. She believes in treating cancer patients with an evidence based multidisciplinary approach for the cure and management of their disease.The clinic offers a patient-oriented, compassionate approach—close to home.Contact informationThe clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
