Provided by YPmobileThis place has been the same forever. Table top juke boxes still play. Real ice cream and milk in the individually made milk shakes. And a pat of butter on the top of your burger or best. Hey, Ruth's Chris probably copied Mickey Lu's with the pat of butter. No wonder USA Today named it the best burger in Wisconsin (2010).
