We were travelling through and had an accident. The AHP made a mistake and called these folks to tow our car after we reported it and were planning to have AAA tow it to Forrest City where we were staying. Being from out of state, we didn't know the laws but were trying to get the wreck issue resolved quickly so my husband could make it home to catch his flight for work on Monday. The man who ran this business was very gruff (which could just be his personality) but when we explained we weren't going to want the vehicle back he said he didn't want to buy it and we would have to pay him several hundred dollars to take it off our hands. I called another tow company and asked them what our options were (they were the ones AAA was going to have tow us originally) and they told me about a state law that would release us from the vehicle after leaving it for 45 days. That was obviously the better option but this guy wasn't about to share that info. Overall, it was not a good visit.
