I went in during a busy time and was rushed through; I had to scrub the polish off my skin afterwards... My polish turned yellow after having my nails painted with the gel polish by Jimmy. I went back to get the polish removed and had planned on getting them repainted. Jimmy said I would need to get the same color polish or pay an additional $25. I didn't won't the same color since the polish was suppose to be red and it turned yellow. He and the other employee I dealt with were very rude and unaccommodating. Ive never had gel polish turn before and dont believe I exposed my nails to any abnormally harsh chemicals. Therefore, I believe this to be a product issue. At the least they could have been respectful. This place lacks professionalism, polite hospitality, and common courtesy. I will never go back. I suggest Nail Bar in Harbor Town.

Absolutely Love this place! I will only get my nails done here, Jimmy & Amy are excellent!

Avoid the pedicures here! Got a pedicure and got more than I bargained for because I got a nail fungus to go with my pedicure. Never again. I used to get my acrylic nails here and they did a great job, but after the pedi issue I'm scared their nail equipment is unsanitary too.
