Disappointed

After accepting a reasonable quote and an estimate that my project would take two weeks, this company failed to return my calls for weeks. Five weeks later, I was finally told it would take another five or six weeks. I had to find someone else to do the work.How to do better? Simple: Do what you say you can do.
