Provides the lowest standard of care around whilst hiding behind a people pleasing persona and abusive manors behind closed doors. I'm sure people have heard the staff getting screamed at on more than one occasion. If you want quantity over quality and lack of effort except for the occasional staff member who cares enough to push for more of an effort, this is the place for you. Not enough people wonder what is sacrificed and by who to offer a cheaper bill to you.

Ross' veterinary clinic did a great job fixing my male rottweiler / lab!

We took him on a car ride once he was mostly healed and he had lost footing and fell in the back of the suv, his "sack" became very swollen and red. We called Ross' and they got him in asap, and told us what to do! Now he is a healthy pain in the rear! :)
