I took my dog in for a basic bath...he did ok with the bath, but my dog came home with fleas!

the guy that owns the place is nice but not very experienced. i took my chorkie there 2 days ago and for what i took him in for and waited for 2 hours i was not pleased with the end result. my dog speck needed to get clipped short due to a rash he had had on his back and i asked for this to be done, his face to get cleaned up and to have him whitened with a bluing bath. i was only charged for a basic bath which is all he decided to do after i went through the trouble of trying to get him into a groomer for 2 weeks so i paid him for just the bath but them had to bring my dog home and finish the work that the guy never started. i was willing to pay to have the dog clipped and fully groomed and if i am willing to pay to do this please do the job you were paid for. also the guy just looked a little shady and so did his grooming office. i should feel happy going into a groomers and not have me and my poor dog feel like we are going to the vet. my poor dog was so scared going to the groomers i thought he was going to have a heart attack. we go into the vet he is happier. well i know im going to find a better groomer and not one that takes 2 hours to give the little guy a bath
