Worst customer service I’ve ever had! Last week I purchased a used refrigerator from the Marion location. I was assured prior to purchasing the fridge that it had been tested and everything was in great working order. The fridge arrived filthy with mold and stuck on food all inside of it. It was gross and a huge oversight on their part, but I cleaned and sanitized it. Then the light on the ice maker wouldn’t turn on. We changed the bulb and that still didn’t fix the problem. I called, was told it was sold “as-is”, but I said I was assured it worked prior to purchasing which wasn’t true, I was promised a call back after they spoke with the owner, I didn’t receive a call back. I called the following day and was told “they were too busy to ask about it, but would get a call back for sure today.” Well that call never came and I still don’t have a fully working fridge as promised. They did say they can charge me to fix it, but I shouldn’t have to pay to fix a problem the fridge had when they sold it to me, especially after they “didn’t get around to cleaning it.” I will never purchase anything from them again and I don’t recommend shopping with them. They obviously could care less about their customers and aren’t honest with their sales.

I've used them four times now....

I've used them four times now. I have learned my lesson. The last time they came I had to help them fix my stove. This time, after being reassured by the dispatcher that it would be worthwhile to have my five year old $200 deep freezer serviced, the same incompetent repair man showed up. After finally figuring out how to take the side panel off he decided it was unserviceable and charged me $55! On top of that, he told me that chest style deep freezers are not serviceable and to buy a stand up freezer. They happened to have an old deep freezer in stock, of course, and would only want $245 for it delivered to my door. I declined that offer and will use a more trustworthy and qualified service next time.
