The food at Bennnie's is so bad I would rather eat a frozen lasagna from the local grocers freezer section. Bleh, gross. I have never eaten such bad Italian food- it's a disgrace to italian food lovers. My niece wouldn't even eat her pasta! The bread they give you is stale and the oil is gross. I had a salad with their house dressing there is WAAAYY too much garlic in it. It is overpowering and heavy as I i felt sick the rest of the night. The owners were very visible and I actually overheard them being extremley disrespectful and unprofessional to their employees right in the middle of everything. I don't know what the worker did, but wow i've never heard anything so tacky. You would;ve thought she was scolding their 5 year old child. My review: 2 thumbs down.

I' ve eaten most of the menu items and thought they were delicious especially fetticini alfredo, mostacholli, tamales with chili, garlic bread and the dressing on the salads are so good. I've never had a pizza there but I have had pizza in Italy and if it is like a real Italian pizza it is different than our American pizzas. I'm going in few days and taking some friends. The servings are generous and our church group often goes there and get excellent service for 30 plus people. We also have plenty to take home for next day lunches. Go when you are hungry! Mary E
