I put this rating on here to combat the one from D. H. - You can check out our Facebook page to see true ratings if you'd like to read some happy customer reviews. This lady has made it her mission to defame my name trying and failing to file a BBB claim, trying to go to the police (failure), trying to go to every page that has my business and defaming it (success.) The true story is she signed a service agreement and was told the facts up front and in writing. She signed it and then wanted to change the agreement to suite her needs. I run a business and treat all my customers the same. However, when you start making demands outside of the service agreement and then threaten legal action I can no longer help you. I will await your attorney to contact me and then you can deal with my attorney. I tried to make things right with this customer, but she wants more then she is entitled too and is also a very disturbed person. I hate to have to put this here, but I have no choice. Awesome service! Fixed my screen in under a half hour and it looks like new. I would refer these guys to all my friends.

deceptive business practice,changed stories,warranties several times,credit card dipute,better business dispute[not BBB accredited], lies,after lies when I filed complaints,spoke to states attorney,requested to file police report before they handle dispute
