Dear Director : I want to take the time to thank one of your support staff. Mrs. Eaton has went above and beyond her job requirements to help consumers in Williamson County . Mrs. Eaton ,cheerfully listened to the concern and aided in contacting the outsourced Medical determination program . After careful examining of the refusal to reinstate the medical card Mrs. Eaton intervened, the facts to the case-coordinator and was able to get the clients pack pay covered for last several months . Mrs. Eaton is a breath of fresh air to DHS! Respectfully submitted , Happy consumer
