I just picked up a necklace that I thought wasn't fixable but these guys pulled it off. I have been using this store for jewelry service and have bought several things there and they are first class. Liz and the staff are always so nice and my jewelry always looks brand new when I pick it up.

I was recently in Diamond Designs. It was the worst experience I've ever had with any business. I was helped by one of the new owners. I believe her name is Liz. She was one of the rudest people I've ever encountered. She talked down to me the whole time I was there. Apparently she needs to take people skills classes. I wouldn't talk to my dog the way she spoke towards me. If she treats customers this way I can only imagine how here workers get treated. I would recommend TJ in Carbondale or Kay's Jewlers.

Wow....I am very impressed with the jewelry repair. My diamond fell out of my engagement ring (did not purchase from them) The jeweler was going on vacation but he hurried & I had the ring back in 24 hours so I could show it of at my engagement party. And it looks perfect! Plus friendly service����
