They get two stars just because they were nice enough to work me in and my hair wasn't fried, but that's all I can give them. The place is dirty. The stylists would rather gossip with each other than talk to their clients. The salon needs a major cleaning (the vent over the rinse sink is particularly disgusting) and the stylists need some refresher courses in customer service. Not a fan.
