i have been there only one time and i went in to get my bangs done. i was supposed to get them feathered like they used to do in the 70's but she decided to make them look retarded. she grabbed my bangs and started to chop them in CHUNKS and made them look like a 5 year old cut it. i told the manager i was not paying $25 for such a shotty job and she yelled in my face. well you can go there if you like getting screamed at. personally i hate places like that

I have always had very good outcome from the ladies at HotHeads! I have had full color, highlites, cuts, and waxes done here for the last 6 months, and all the outcomes were awsome! I don't know the owner, just that when you walk in there it is a fun easygoing enviroment! Every woman and man are picky when it comes to their grooming and if you tell them exactly what you want thats what they do, but if you tell them to do what they want, they step back look at you and will have you walking out of there looking amazing! I cann't tell you how many comments i have had on the colors and styles that they have given me. They have great ideas and they listen to your ideas! I will not go anywhere but there! Love ya HotHeads and all you guys and gals!!

I went in this salon with hair 6 inches past my shoulders. When my stylist came to get me, she was very cold greeting me. You could tell she didn't want to be there. As I looked around, I noticed that there were piles of hair around ALL the styling stations. Doesn't that sound a bit unsanitary? During our consultation I had brought in a picture of a haircut that had very clean straight lines and was chin length. I told her in the beginning that I was not nervous about going short because I had done it before. When she started my service I was annoyed because instead of paying attention to a paying customer, she kept flirting with some guy in the station next to her. I guess she thought flirting with unattractive men was more important than making money. When it was all said and done, my hair was only shoulder length. I asked her to take it shorter, but she informed me ,in a very apathetic tone, that she didn't have time because she wanted to go home. Please people, save yourself some time and headache and go somewhere where the stylist actually HAVE talent...and passion for hair.

I was misinformed about a product. When I confronted the owner, Lachelle, she said I misunderstood what I was told. When I proved her wrong she got very defensive and started screaming and told me to get out of her salon.



I believe word of mouth is a very powerful tool. This location has no customer service skills, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Not worth the DRAMA!!!!
