Treat you with disrespect every time. Dr Malla is in and out of the room in literally seconds. Phone calls not returned due to "policy". It's all about the Benjamin's. Actually makes a person feel bad about themselves for being a client. IDK how that's possible but try them out and soon you'll see. Rudeness from every level of staff.

This and another facility (Ky) are both owned by Dr. Manchakanti. I would very much advise you to go elsewhere. The Dr. will not answer questions directly. Try it and see... The staff in the room where the shots are administered are rude and you don't dare ask them to see they're names, badges, or if they are qualified. Completely rude and yell at you for no reason. Do not go to this Dr.

I would highly recommend Dr.Mantikanti & his staff to every one who is in pain & who has tried everything else. Dr.Mantikanti asks questions,listens, & answers very well to questions &concerns I have. His staff were very attentive to my needs & questions also. I was treated with respect & dignity. (Which I really appreciate. Because I do not find that very often with drs. & staff in this area .)

I would not recommend this ficility to anyone. They are non-cariing about thier patients. The atomosphere is cold. I have never experience a doctor that treaats you like a second class citizen. He doesn't even look you in the eyes when he talks with you. They are more concerned about making money than quality patient care.
