Great guys with great service

Fast friendly service!! Made sure to explain the services that were done and advise of services that would need to be completed in the next few months to keep my vehicles in top condition. Excellent customer service.

Warranty I bought paid off today when I got a screw in my tire. Appt, in at 10:00- out at 11:00, $0 extra costs.

Always timely and courteous. Great crew and prices.

Everything was great, no issues.

Joe and Tommy were excellent! They went above and beyond!

Tommy and Joe took care of me. Got me in for a four wheel alignment. Then sold me four new tires.

They did not honor appointment time. Took them 3 HOURS for an oil change and install 4 new tires. Totally unacceptable. Will never return.

They went above and beyond what they had to to fix the problem! Which was not their issue even! Big thanks will buy from them in the future!!

I could not give this Marion location a lower rating! I attempted to replace my tires that were worn with normal wear and tear through a contract I purchased back in 2008 called the "Forever Tire". The manager at the Marion IL location decided he was not going to honor the contract and refused to do anything at all. The manager did not even make a phone call! He attempted to tell me that I didn't properly follow the guidelines of the contract by having my tires rotated and logged when the contract specifically states this is recommended, not required. (I rotate my own tires and maintain my own vehicle). Went to the Carbondale Location and tires were replaced without ANY problem! The manager at the Marion location will try and defraud you so beware!

I had a simple flat tire with a nail directly in the tread of the tire (not a side wall, etc.). I took it into Plaza Tire Service and they charged me $5.00 just for looking at ($20 to repair). They insisted that the tire was incapable of repair and tried to sell me on a new tire. I knew better, took it to the tire shop across the street from them, and had it repaired within minutes for $15.00. The tire has worked fine for over a year now. Don't bother with Plaza Tire Service.

To start off I was going on a trip and had old front tires, Plaza had them in stock.

They did a fine job, however after getting home and loading up my car I realized they were the wrong tires.

At the VERY last minute I had to Tokyo drift into the place just to get attitude from them about having to do MORE work.

They did mount the right tires on but i didn't see any weights, must be an extremely balanced tire.
