Very upset. I was cut during a manicure and it would not stop bleeding for several minutes. She did apologize after a few minutes. I assumed I was getting a french tip mani/pedi with shelllac and got regular. When it was chipped 2 days later I called and asked if I could get it fixed for free and the manager said yes. I went in & was told that I paid for regular not shellac and would have to pay for them to be redone. I told them I would not pay to have them redone and left. The service was not friendly or fast and she cut me & I still tipped her. I will never be back. I will go to Exotic Nails in Carterville next month.

Wendy and Alex at Rose Nails are outstanding tech I even known. 5 stars for them of both of their skills and professionalism. I wear nails more than 10 years. They are the best techs so far in the IL

The man that is the owner (who has nothing to do with the original "Rose's Nails" - they now own & operate Studio Nail Spa ), is a rude, male chauvinistic pig who treats his clients as well as his staff as underlings and as though they owe him something. I have witnessed him coming into another nail salon (Tony's Nails - whom had been a former employee of his at Rose's), and walk in like he owned the place. VERY narcissistic and arrogant and would question what I told him or the person that was working on my nails. He seemed to like to belittle the staff in front of you to make himself look "big." VERY unprofessional!!! This is why I quit going there - made me feel uncomfortable. Quality of the nails were ok, just couldn't tolerate the owner. Because of him, this review didn't even deserve the 1 star that I gave it.

Great place to get nails done. The girl name is Kristy have done few time on my shellac was stay last for 3 weeks, I was really enjoy to talk to her. She is a sweet girl and talent. She can designs any picture that I bought in and show her. Good service!!!

I don't recommend this place to anyone!! Me and my two sisters went and got pedicures done. We paid $40 for the deluxe package, believe me it was not worth it. The place is dirty looking. My sisters chair didn't work, (massage part) we didn't notice till we did our laundry that our jeans where ruined. they are stained with the oil they used on our legs. We even pulled our jeans up to our knees. I called the place and got the run around. stated how could we prove that their product done the staining and to call back on Monday to talk to their boss. The lady even said that they never had any complaints before. I will be calling them back and turning them in. Just letting every one know not to go to this place. Very dissatisfied.
