Waited an hour for my food while others who ordered after me were being served

I don't know what the guy above had been smoking, but my wife and I went to this restaurant last night (8/15/07). The place was pretty packed, but we were immediately greeted and seated. Our waiter appeared within a minute with menus and chips and salsa. He returned in a few minutes and took our order. The food was outstanding....quite a bit different (better) than the Mexican food we get in Florida, but very tasty. I will admit the waiter didn't appear to refill our glasses, but the glasses they served were so large, we didn't need them to be refilled. We did wait 3 minutes for our check too. Wow, that was terrible. If the guy above got sick, it was probably from something else. I think he might have been a local competitor wanting to give "bad press" to a good restaurant.
