I walked in and she immediately told me it was "going to be a while" when I asked how long she just said "a while!" Usually people are a little more friendly when you are trying to pay them for their services. I will NEVER go in there again.

Kim is very rude. She is so snobby when it comes to her customers. I have used her once and I will never use her services again. I refuse to pay money to someone who wants to treat their customers like scum.
