Customer service is non-existent. I have never left a negative review anywhere before, but the fact that I have an overpriced camper that I can't use, warrants one. My 1st payment was due, but I had never been contacted by the bank as to how or where I should make my payment. Since the finance manager didn't have the info readily available, the dealership had to make my payment for me, 3 days late, and I reimbursed them. I should have received my tag nearly a month ago, but all I have is the expired temporary tag still, even though I was promised a tag by last Friday. Thus, I had to lose my reservations for 2 long weekends of camping that I had taken vacation for. After numerous calls and messages left with no return calls from anyone, I still have no resolution and no response as to why I STILL don't have my tag. I'm beyond frustrated. Avoid this place, they do not value their customers.
