I have to express my dissatisfaction with this company. I waited 4 days for an intake appointment to get care set up for my mother. I specifically said I needed help on certain days. Appointment time came and went with no one showing up. I picked up my phone to call and check on the situation and happened to notice that there had been a call from the business that came in 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time. NO MESSAGE HAD BEEN LEFT. When I called they said "something came up " and they wanted to reschedule for the following week, on one of the days when I needed someone to assist my mother because I needed to go somewhere. Personally, I felt that this indicated unreliability. I don't understand why they didn't even leave me a message, they simply didn't show up. How can I be certain they won't no show when they are supposed to come care for my mother? I can't take that chance. I need a company I feel is reliable.
