my son

hi my name is Courtney and my son name is Elijah. he will be three in June. he cant talk yet he dose say some words like up up, daddy, sometimes sissy, doggy. but that's all he says. if he wants something he point to it. is there any way that you guys can help me to get he to talk plz I'm trying.
