I took my ring in to be fixed. I moved closer to a place that's closer go Marysville so I called in and asked if I can get my ring shipped to the Kay jewelers in Marysville and they has told me yes. So I waited 2 weeks and I started to call both kay jewelers stores, neither of them new where my ring was. That's what they told me. So I was thinking maybe it's still in the mail cause it was a holiday week. So I waited one more week and I called the Marysville store and they called the one in Marion for me. Witch was nice cause the one in marion had no clue what was going on so anyways the marion store told the Marysville store that they still have my ring there under someone else's name. And that they had a note about sending it to the Marysville store and they never did. So I was very mad and upset with the marion store. That was a month I never had my ring. That store needs better employees or something. Someone should never go through that.
