I have received the Marion Star for years and the service now is terrible. I either don't get the paper delivered or it blows out of the paper box before I get out to get it. When I call, All I get is an automated system and they say they will credit my account. I don't want a credit I want the paper. I just paid for a years subscription and am considering cancelling it because of the poor service. I did not get today's paper and am tired of trying to call and get satisfaction.

The size of the paper has shrunk and the quality is terrible. News stories in and around Marion are never in the paper. Some older people don't have internet and count on home delivery and quality news reporting and they are not getting it with the Marion Star. What ever happened to customer service?
