I had an appointment at 10:00 a.m. but was kept waiting until 11:30. I wasn't given an explanation or an apology. The owner was present but could not be bothered to even speak to me. The work that was done was not of high quality, and the prices were ridiculous. This was a salon straight out of Steel Magnolias.
