I received excellent customer service from Thomas Handy at E&R Towing. Mr. Handy arrived on the scene and was very professional with me. He communicated every step of the way through the process with me. He handled my car with the utmost care even though it had been damaged by an accident. While driving to the drop-off location, Mr. Handy made sure we stayed together during the drive, even when he could've made a light he didn't proceed through the light if I wasn't going to make it so that we could stay together. Once at the drop-off location, he continued to handle my car with care and made sure my car was placed close enough to the curb but also in a spot where the next towing company would be able to retrieve the vehicle without issue. He provided me with a receipt and let. Mr. Handy was courteous and professional and I appreciate his kindness after having an extremely long evening dealing with an accident.

NEVER USE THIS SERVICE. Very unprofessional. The guy yelled at me when I called. When I went to pick up my car I infact did have the proper documentation and they still tried not to give me my car. Had to pay over $300 the next day due to their negligence.

Never use their service! Very unprofessional company. They had to pick up the car and tow it for 100 miles. That took them whole week to do that!

I witnessed a true professional from E & R towing. We live in a cul-de-sac. He back down the street with three cars on his tow truck, and he had to go uphill in an ice covered driveway and pull the car out of the garage from a perpendicular angle that had a locked up steering wheel. No wasted moves. A+ efficiency rating. Friendly and professional. I was impressed. Thank you, Chuck. Five Stars.

I called E & R "Chicago's leading towing service" and was told a truck would be there in a hour.and they responded very quick driver was safe and respectful.. highly recommend E&R

Make sure you have another tow company number in your wallet, I was disabled with my vehicle at Roosevelt and Jefferson and I called E & R "Chicago's leading towing service" and was told a truck would be there in a hour. One hour and fifteen minutes later a dispatcher called and said "I've got some bad news we can't have a truck there for at least another hour, I have no one in there area" Why not just say we can't to begin with... Called another service had a truck in 40 mins. E & R Sucks.....

NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE!!!!! I had my car towed over the weekend by this company, they were provided via my roadside assistance, and was left very unhappy. Things dont just grow legs and walk away!!!! Called the tow company to discuss the matter that has left me unsatisfied with their service to only become more disgusted with the company and their managment. I would never recommend them to anyone. Very unprofessional and lacking customer service skills.
