I had the same experience as Lydia below. I order tickets in April and a week before the concert in December I had to call this company and find out why I still had not received my tickets. I was told the tickets that came in were more expensive than the ones I had purchased. I was later able to contact a representative from the the website I purchased the tickets through, which is apparently the software company that they use and was able to get a refund. Then miraculously the day of the concert which was on a Sunday my tickets came in sounds like a scam to me. Let me also note that they tried numerous times to give me so - called comparable tickets behind the stage. Overall the worst ticket experience ever. I purchased the tickets for my wife's birthday 8 months before the event and to be the one that had to contact them is absurd. Do not by tickets through them.

I only gave 1 star because I couldn't give 0. Ordered 8 jets giants preseason tickets in MAY 2013 for an August game. They took money, charged credit card and then didn't send tickets, spent all day Friday trying to find out what happened. Then they told me they would give me mezzanine tickets ( worse seats) but since it was 24 hours before they were equal or greater value so fulfilled their satisfaction guarantee. Fought all day with them, at 5 pm was told the agent had to leave but I could call on call . Called on call and had to speak with the guys wife because he was driving. So unprofessional! Then was told I had gotten the tickets under face value originally. How is that my fault when you sold them and took my money! End result, no game, 8 disappointed people. Do not use this site unless you want to be scammed

I found this company to be very courteous, honest and professional. I would definitely use this company again. Dealing with this company was an overall great experience.
