I Liq Chuan (ILC) am an internal Chinese martial art system based on principles of Zen and Tai Chi. Literally translated, the name means "mind-body fist" or alternatively "mental-physical boxing." I-Liq Chuan is often referred to as the "Martial Art of Awareness" due to its emphasis on mindfulness training as the foundation for achieving martial skill. Training in the art improves mental focus, calms the mind, improves balance, heightens body awareness, and develops powerful and graceful movement. Tai Chi Science was inspired by Dmitry Grinberg's friends, classmates, mentors and all those who have helped him along in his life-long journey to discover and push the boundaries of human potential. We also offer Corporate Wellness Instructors, who will teach group classes, evaluate student progress, monitor and effectively adjust the curriculum over the course of the program. Supplementary materials, guidance and mentoring to volunteer group leaders who lead additional group classes throughout the week. Private Sessions with a skilled somatic therapist who can drastically enhance the learning experience and accelerate student progress within the curriculum. Please call for more information!
