I've visited here once, waited 45 minutes past my appointment time and left covered in someone else's dog's hair. They did inform me when I arrived that they'd had a call-out and were short staffed, but I would have rather rescheduled as my cat gets very upset in her crate for such a long time. :( I won't be giving this office a second chance to see if this was a fluke.
