One thing that's been so annoying is that they always end up postponing my appointments. I'm usually not even notified that they're going to postpone it until less than an hour before my scheduled appointment. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The owner is incredibly rude and seems to care more about themselves. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me
