Provided by YP.comWhen I went in for my exam I had to pay out of pocket and they would reimburse me when they received payment from my insurance company. I had to call them numerous times to get my reimbursement. They only wrote my prescription for one year knowing my insurance only covers an eye exam every 2 years. I went back a year and a half after my exam needing a new pair of glasses and was told my prescription was expired. When asked if they could extend it because my insurance doesn't cover another exam until next year, and was told they only write for one year even though they are legally allowed to write for 1 or 2 years. They told me I would have to have another exam before I could purchase new glasses. They told me if I was paying out of pocket they would give me a discount. When I questioned things further I was told to go to my primary care physician and ask for a referral and many my insurance would cover an exam early. I told them I would never do business with them again. They are only looking for your money. They truly don't care about their patients only the mighty dollar!!

Provided by YPmobileI wouldn't even give this business one star. Told over the phone it was only going to cost $55 for contact fitting and ended up paying over $100. Not to mention the absolute filth and when I called to complain she told me I could go to their greendale location. I would never step foot in either one ever again. Plus LensCrafters is a rip off.

Provided by YP.comTotal scam job, left feeling bamboozled. I Was told over the phone my insurance covered the service. After the service I was informed on 105.00$ payment due. Then they added another 60.00$ for a follow up contact fit. I would have not minded the over book appointment, but I felt scammed as they lured me in with saying it was covered and then to find out it wasn't after the service was done, wtf. However I did acknowledge dr. Dee khan as of a high degree of professionalism and experience. However the owner was there and laughed as she said nothing is free here. I'm in the customer sales industry and will never return even if it was free, you can't blame this lousy inexperienced on only the 8.50$ an hour receptionist. Make sure your get the first and last name of anyone making promises and then hopefully after bringing in the voice recording they might honor what their employees are selling.

Pro's:
1) The wait time to get an appointment is pretty low as they are open late till 8:00 PM.
2) Dr. Khan is very knowledgeable and proficient.
Cons:
The staff only work halfheartedly. I had an eye exam scheduled on the 07th of September and since mine were special contacts, they placed an order for a sample and said they will call me once they arrive.. I waited and waited, till the 26th of September, and call them up. The front desk lady said they arrived along time ago and I can come to try, she did not even sound apologetic. Went the same day(26th September) and the Doctor decided that one contact lens needed to be reordered. The doctor said I will be called back in 2 to 3 days, once the new sample arrives.. Again waited and waited, till the 11th of October and call them up. Again the front desk lady said the sample arrived long time ago and I can come pick them up...
I think it is pretty normal for them not to follow up on their Customers
