I would give zero starts if there was an option. This place has the worse customer service I have ever encountered. I placed a very large and expensive dinner order including dessert. The dessert was not delivered. As I am recovering from ankle surgery and was in pain, I didn't realize the dessert was not delivered until the next morning. When I called for a credit card refund they refused. They said they would deliver the desserts and after 3 phone calls I have yet to received them. The woman who answered the phone had the nerve to ask if I could pick them up. I have been a loyal customer for years and am horrified by this terrible customer service.
