I would stay away from this location and the company as a whole if you are looking for great service and a company which cares about their customers. I went to them for a glass replacement after a car theft. They only replaced my driver's side window without cleaning all the loose pieces being trapped inside the door and it all the loose pieces danced with jingling sound when I opened or closed the door . I took it back and complained about it and the store manager conveniently told me it was not part of their job and refused to do anything. I wrote couple of letters to their Wakefield, MA corporate office later and never received a phone call or email from them. I would hate to see other people fall victim to bad service and a company who refuses to hear from their customers.
