My mother bought a rainbow in April 2007 and has been having issues recently now it wont start. They say to bring it in and are now saying its 399-599 to fix well what about 4 year bumper to bumper warranty thats good till mid April. Well owner Peter(real piece of sh**) says its user error. Well their people were over last year cleaned the entire machine never mentioned one problem with it we never opened machine up and messed with motor so how is it our error. I worked for this scam of company for a few months and sorry to get my family involved with thwm. Its a pyramid scheme they keep bringing in new people to sell to their close family and friends then when employee appts run out they out of luck and out of work but Peter keeps getting his money posting ads in papers that big money to be made. Full of crap

These people are quick to get in your door to sell you a three thousand dollar vacuum but once they sell to you, you will never hear from them. My vacuum needed service twice in the last 2 yrs, both times it was like pulling teeth to get them to service me. They sell you on the warranty but it is useless if they don't service you when needed! These people are AWFUL! Rudess people I have ever encountered!!!!!!!! Since they have such a great product, it would be suggested to have their people, especially Peter (manager) trained on excellence in customer service.
