Provided by YPmobileVery disappointing. Canceling your membership is a complete nightmare! I was relocating out of the state and brought my lease agreement in (proof that I was relocating) to cancel my membership. The girls at the front desk clearly did not know what they were doing. They copied a few pages of my lease and told me it was all taken care of. A few weeks later I got a call from Jessica telling me that my membership would not be cancelled because the front desk staff did not copy the entire lease like they needed to. She told me to scan or fax the lease (which in other reviews people said that was a joke because they don't check their emails and lose your paper work) OR she said I could bring it in next time I was around and I WOULD BE REFUNDED THE MONEY FOR THE MONTHS IN BETWEEN. I wanted to bring the lease in person to make sure it was done correctly instead of scanning/faxing. I was not able to return to NJ for about 3 months. When I did, again the staff did not know what they were doing (3 staff members trying to figure it out) until they finally had to call their supervisor to clarify what needed to be done with the lease. Once this was done it took an additional couple weeks for the membership to be completely cancelled. When I called and asked about my reimbursement for the months in between (when I originally stopped in with my lease until my cancellation went through) they changed their story and said no reimbursement would be given. When I explained it was not my fault their desk staff did not know what documentation needed to be collected, they became very nasty with me over the phone, refused to let me speak with the owner and basically said tough luck. So in the end, I ended up paying 4 months of membership (and I didn't even use the facility) and it was all due to uneducated staff members. Extremely unprofessional.

Provided by YPmobileNice gym if you are only into weights. Classes change
too often, and the room has horrible acoustics. You can't hear the instructors clearly. There are very few classes for intermediate/advanced, so it's good if you're a beginner. Most of your membership pays for ambiance, not great classes and equipment (I've seen several not working). I can't wait for my membership to run out (I would cancel but it's $150). I recommend future/active fitness for the best gym in the area!!!
