Really Pissed at Lazyboy

I bought two recliner lift chairs and had them delivered about two weeks later (because of the snow). When they delivered the chairs (about $3,000) one was missing the power supply, which was noted on the delivery ticket. I called the same day as instructed by the delivery people to get the power pack from the store. When I drove to the store to get the power pack, they had no idea what I was talking about. However the could order the part and should have it in on Monday (This was Saturday).



I called on Monday afternoon, and was told they sent an email, and I should get back to them in a couple of weeks if I did not get the part. Understand, the chairs are fairly useless without the cord & power pack needed to use it as a recliner



Their customer service seems to lak something -- like service
