They lied to me saying a vehicle would be picked up. Then when I called to confirm pickup the lady from the day before was off as she said she would be. So I talked to the lady who's name I was given the day before only to find out my vehicle's pickup had been cancelled and the driver went to Tennessee. When I asked they lady if they would ever be able to pickup our vehicle she said "no I spoke with they owner and he said no never". The worst service I have ever received during my 26 years in the car business. John is my name!
