Awesome food, poor service

I've been going to "the bagel shop" for more than a decade and I feel that while the food is always fresh and delicious the inconsistency in service makes me question myself every time I think about eating there. In the last few months alone I have experienced my friend's order going missing and ordering half of my order over the phone before being told their toaster was broken. Seriously? Go get a 15 dollar toaster for the time being and tell me that before I start to order. These are just 2 recent examples. but it's been going on for years. When they are lucky enough to hire decent employees the service is great, but more often than not you have a 50/50 chance of not being disappointed when you leave ,
