My daughter sees a speech therapist there and she is amazing! But don't expect ANY professionalism from the receptionists..they are AWFUL. Sitting there waiting for her appointment to be over and they are loud and giggling like school girls. They complain about the phone ringing and are looking up music on their computer. It's sad that I'm thinking about transferring to a different place all because of their receptionists but I CAN'T STAND that level of unprofessionalism...

When I injured my shoulder, I did not want to go back to other therapists I had tried. Previous therapists just watched me while I exercised no feedback, they didn't communicate with my physician, and they didn't care about how I was doing.



Then I discovered Terry, Brad and Randy at UP Rehab Services. They didn’t sit there and watch me do exercises, they worked with my physician and me and found my problem. They pushed me and I was back to work in half the time that my doctor expected – not bad after arthroscopic shoulder surgery. I am now playing with my grandkids, fishing, and working again.
