i was in the parking lot sitting in the handicaped spot a driver came around and hit my wheelchair lift didn't hurt truck but tore lift off back of truck Wall mart employee came out with a dolly and stored it in the produce section Thank you Nick You are a treasure to your fellow humans. We need more people like you.

I've been a Walmart fan for years . I think the employees at this store are professional and pleasant , and helpful : For example ~~
Kudos to employee Denice who on Friday afternoon 7/10 /20 called Marq Tran for me with her phone . My cell phone's mobile service was down & I was unable to reach MarqTran ( bus service ) They left me stranded at the store due to a mistake they made in scheduling my ride back to Ishpeming . I'm a senior citizen and was tired & miserable . However I approached Denice who was monitoring things outside the front door - she immediately contacted Marq Tran for me & arranged for a pick up . She's an intelligent and compassionate person with excellent communication skills . Thank you Denice I'll never forget this !!

I know it's no big surprise, but my experiences here have been pitiful. Very rude customer service girls. I asked for the manager and it took him forever to understand the problem, and he had very poor grammar.

My experience with the pharmacy went excellent. I usually get my prescription filled at a Walmart to the east of where I live, but I was heading to Marquette(west of me) on business and called the pharmacy there to see if they could fill my prescription. The staff member who answered my call was polite, and within a couple minutes she had it all set up for me!

well wal mart may not be hoity toity enough for some people, but it works good for me, they have everything you can want all in one building and they have motorized carts to get around, even mcdonalds for lunch and the pharmacy people are always very nice

I have a critical comment concerning a pharmacist at the Mrquette, MI Wal-Mart store.



After receiving a disappointing comment regarding my inability to return an object to the pharmacy, I overheard the pharmacist remark "Big Loss.....Ha Ha Ha"



This took place at approximately 11:00 a.m. Friday, September 8, 2008.



This sort of remark from your staff is certainly not good for the store's business relationships with the public it serves. After hearing the comment from the pharmacist, several customers in the area also laughed. I certainly DID NOT APPRECIATE THIS! I will never again do my shopping at the Marquette Super Center and many of my friends, after hearing my story made the same comment. Perhaps more of the Marquette public will agree with me
