When my Dad brought in his medicare card to ask if his urinary incontinence supplies were covered, Duramed personnel advised him that they were not. They did not even offer to file a claim with medicare. Just said "No," so he started paying out of pocket for the supplies and this went on for several months. I went in their store to pick up much needed supplies and asked if they were covered by medicare myself just to make sure that there was no misunderstanding with my elderly father. I was told No also. After speaking with the manufacturer to see if the supplies were sold anywhere online, I was told that 35 per month were covered by medicare and they referred me to NationalRehab.com. Needless to say, we were lied to by 2 different Duramed people. Buyer be ware! Shame on you for deceiving elderly people that trusted you and are on a fixed income.
