I purchased a 2015 Toyota Highlander August 2021, there was two noticable issues with the grill/bumper and rear panel, the brakes went to the floor before stopping. They Mike (Owner) Steve (The Salesmen that sold me the vehicle) and Ron (Service
Manager/Salesman) assured me that they will replace the grill/bumper and rear panel on the day I purchased the vehicle, still today they have not honor their word 10/24/2021
On 10/6/21 I brought my vehicle back for services: The grill/bumper and the rear panel (from day one), they did stopped the brakes from going to the floor before stopping (the brakes is making a loud noise still to date 10/27/21).
After putting my vehicle in the shop on 10/6/21 I was giving the runaround from that date till 10/25/21 (My vehicle was still not worked on).
Mike (Owner) made an Oral/Verbal Contract with me in front of my neighbor who witnessed the entire encounter as well as the Verbal/Oral Contact, when I told Mike I accept the Verbal/Oral Contract he start yelling at his employees told them don't touch my vehicle and turned to me and told me to sue him.
Mind you I only wanted the work I brought my vehicle in to be done, Mike took it upon himself after giving me the runaround from August 20, 2021 (date of purchase) and 10/6/2021 ( Service Agreement within 90 days of the Contract)... Mike is not a man of his word and neither the employees.
I only now want Mike (Owner) to honor the verbal/oral agreement he made with me and I accepted on 10/25/2021 in front of my witness that was right there in person and my other witness was on the phone listening.
