Provided by YP.comWashington County area services for Celtic are not very cooperative or reliable. Nurse kept calling the Dementia patient's telephone number rather than family or caregiver to arrange visit. Patient was very confused and upset. Doctor's appointments & outings were distruppted because nurse just showed up.
