Provided by YPmobileReceived a free visit voucher from community days, that was the first red flag, took my cat there for a urinary problem. Spent thousands of dollars on tests and medicines. I was fooled by his caring act. When it came to making an appointment for surgery for my cat to remove a stone, that's when it all went to crap. Communication from him and his staff was poor, he performed a surgery that caused a leak in my cats abdomen, potentially leaving her to die. He knew there was a leak and did not communicate that to me. I rarely complain about People or services, but when it comes to my pets life and other pets could be in harms way, something needs to be said. PVSEC saved her life. I have always gone to the cat clinic and will never recommend this vet.

Provided by YP.comDr. i is a WONDERFUL rabbit vet who really takes the time to exam and handle your animals. I've taken two of my rabbits to him and each time he has been a tremendous help in getting them back to health. He's very knowledgeable (which can be very difficult to find when it comes to rabbits) and has always taken great care in ensuring my rabbits were getting the most optimal care. He's truly wonderful and I would recommend him to any looking for an experienced rabbit vet. He also has emergency hours which are near impossible to find for rabbits in Pittsburgh. He goes above and beyond for every single one of his furry patients!

Provided by YP.comPositively the best service I have received from any sort of business in years. My family and I had the, absolute, pleasure of working with Dr I and staff over the last month or so. We have been on an emotional roller coaster ride due to taking in a beautiful and loving stray cat which we ended up having to put down due to an animal bite. The range of emotions and confusion that we felt at every moment during this sad process were met with kind, considerate, knowledgeable, and compassionate words and actions from not only Dr I but the entire staff. We will, forever, miss the stray cat that showed up on our doorstep and we'll be forever grateful for having to go through such a gut wrenching process with Dr I and his team. If you want honest, compassionate, and trustworthy care for your animal, you must contact Good Shepherd.
Sincerely.
