Absolutely terrible service!! I am usually greeted when I first walk into the store, even if the people working are with other customers... They at least acknowledge that I am there. Well I walked into the store, and both workers were with other customers. They didn't even bother to welcome me or look my way. I sat down and continued to wait for about an hour. When the first worker was done with one of the customers they finally decided it was appropriate to say hello. Then they tried to help the woman that came in after me. Needless to say I made sure I was helped first. Then the lady that helped me gave me attitude! Like, are you kidding me?! I am overall extremely disgusted with the service at this store. Never before have I been treated like this at verizon. I will be making sure that whoever is in charge will know how their workers are treating customers. It was not only me, but the woman after me was never greeted, and they continued to give her attitude when it was her turn to be helped. Also, none of their display phones were working or even on... How can a store brag about their customer service when they are rude, don't help their customers, don't greet them promptly, and none of their display products work?!? I cannot believe how terrible the service was or that nothing I wanted to look at was actually working. If I could give this particular store negative stars, I would. Absolutely disappointed!! I would definitely recommend going to the other verizon in cranberry on route 19! These people need to learn that their job is customer service and making the customer happy! I can't say enough terrible things about this particular store.
