This company did not perform very professionally. The inspector did not do a walk through with myself instead he seemed more interested in getting his paycheck. The inspector was not very knowledgeable about the items he was inspecting and not thorough at all. He was very good at pointing out the obvious but for $300 a person would inspect more than just what could be seen with the naked eye. He also was lazy and in many areas of the house wrote "could not inspect because of owners' belongings in the way" when there was only a shop vac in the garage and dehumidifier in the basement. It is inexcusable to think he could not work around or even move the items. Instead he was satisfied with placing a "no inspection comment" down.



Finally the icing on the cake was the 3-ring binder he gave me. This binder contains no useful knowledge since he did not perform a thorough inspection. Instead the binder had my name on it which was improperly spelled and he ran out of ink while printing the pages so you can barely make out his writing or the pictures. He was so unprepared for this inspection that he didn't even have a spare ink cartridge. Not to mention most printers today warn you when they are low on ink so he should have known to replace the cartridge before performing the job.



This inspector was a mess of contradictions and seemed more interested in getting home than actually working. I would NOT recommended this inspector or this company. He seems uninterested in working and should retire if he has no interest in performing a satisfactory job. You can do a lot better for $300.
