Brought my car in to replace all four break pads. I did not receive a single piece of paper work or even a call that specified the cost of what they would be doing. I received a call when it was done & came to pick it up to find it was going to cost me $545 for all break pads and rotors. I am a 23 year old female college student and haven't a clue about cars. I called my parents and they couldn't believe that the rotors were replaced without my authorization. I went back and got my old rotors put back on and received a refund for the rotors. One week later I have to come back because one of the brake bolts was loose and another was missing!! They fixed it for free but I will never let them touch my car again.

The owner just like the receptionist are both clueless.Terrible customer service and don't seem to have a clue what they are doing. I took my car in, got it back three days later and after one week, same problem that made me bring it in this time with a different diagnosis, took the car home and the next day, the same thing is happening and I called them to let them know but the owner Justin just like Courtney the receptionist both have a very loud mouth. I won't even recommend my enemies to take their car there.

Never going there again. That's it.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I call them to check on my car they put me on hold for more than 30 minutes then disconnects. If this was once then I would have thought may be they forgot because they were busy or something. But this happened to me more than three times that they would put me on hold and never respond back.



I had my car there for more than three weeks before they even did anything on it. When I first took in they had told me it would be done in a week but 2 weeks past and no work done at all. They told me parts had arrived but they were busy. I managed it anyways but even after 3 weeks it wasn't done. I was ready to take it somewhere when they told me they would finish it the next day.



Finally, I thought that my car was going to be repaired so I was glad. I got my car back the next day. But unfortunately, I found out that they had fixed the car for what I had took for but had broken something else (brake pad sign shows up) in my dashboard. I called them immediately to let them know. They told me that would go away by itself once the snow was gone and was less slippery. But like I had thought It didn't go, so I went back to ask them to repair it. They told me to come next day.



I went next day just to find out that they could repair unless they ordered the new break pads. I said that's fine and left. They told me they would inform me once they get the part in.



It has been more than two weeks I last visited them and I still did not receive any calls from them. I need my car to get fixed so I called a while ago and there they go again, picked up my phone and went silent.



I have never seen any other business that has such kind of "running away" attitude.



Now that's it.



I am taking my car somewhere else where they value every customer, knows how to really repair cars and not just do oil change and regular maintenance. .
