When i walked in i was welcomed with a nice greeting. The service was wonderful,a very nice staff too. The food was delicious and it was for a very good price. We were treated with respect and when we left we were satisfied.

I met a friend there for lunch, and it was wonderful. The food was good, and the service was great. I hadn't seen my friend in some time, so the place was very inviting. I plan to go there again.

We just moved to Marshall Texas a week ago and we have been trying to search for good places to eat in this town, so we searched for places online and we decided to order from Cafe Italia. We called them to place an order for pick-up and we were so rudely disrespected from the worker on the other line (profanity was used). How can such a place hire such idiotic workers? I would never in my life ever order from this place again. When you're treated like a peace of Sh** then you do not deserve anyone's business. I have no idea what the employer is doing there, it seems as if they have no control over their employees.

BTW: After I hung up the phone with Cafe Italia, I called the people at Larry's Pizza in Marshall, Texas, and the food there was EXCELLENT!

This place was the worst place I have ever dined in my entire life. The service was horrible. They treated you like crap. The food tasted like garbage. I'm a woman and went to the counter to pay for my food and you can clearly see the manager and the owner making out in the back (keep in mind they are both women). Very unprofessional!! I felt very uncomfortable watching two women make out at there business. I don't understand how they can conduct business this way. The food was horrible and service sucked. Waited 20 min to get a re-fill for my soda. Never go to this place, worst experience ever!!!
