Had an appointment to have a refrigerator delivered, they showed up 3 1/2 hrs late and failed to take the old one away; which they were suppose to do. After having the old one sit at the end of my driveway for days creating a safety hazard and blocking my driveway I finally contacted someone else to dispose of it at my additional expense. Forget trying to get a hold of them, they don't answer or call back. But they sure are quick to put their hand out for payment despite not completing the job. Also caused damage to my railing. My advice is to find someone more professional to help you.

FYI - ordered 2 headboards from Merry Moving and Mattress in May. Paid for them July 5, even though, they still weren't delivered. Also on July 5 sustained a gouge and scratch on teak buffet by Merry Movers. Despite waiting through July, August and September for headboards and insurance claim on damage and being patient because of tornado, I have no refund on headboards. Have sold damaged buffet without repair or restitution. Now I have to pay a fee to take Shane Merry to small claims court. Am very disappointed.
