The purpose of CHAMP is to provide a forum for the exchange of ideas, information, and training among all maritime public safety professionals with the Commonwealth of MA. As an association, we will work to facilitate better administration of the harbors and waterways within MA. We will work in a coordinated manner on proposed and enacted legislation that affect CHAMP or its constituents. We will promote the general welfare of the boating public including strengthening partnerships with the Commonwealth.
